Respect for nature obviously goes hand in hand with traditional work in the fields, such as ploughing
and green covering. Physical contact at each stage of the development of the vine, such as
disbudding, thinning out of leaves or green grape-picking, allows us to assess the capacity of each
vineyard and to administer the appropriate care but also to feel the satisfaction of a job well done.
The protection of the surrounding wildlife thanks to new methods, “sexual confusion” to be specific,
contributes towards restoring the balance and the harmony of our living environment.
