Vinification : Full crushing and de-stalking
Separate vinification by grape variety. Maceration long
Fermentation malolactic. In oak barrels for 15 months.
Ageing : 10 - 15 years
Tasting : A complex, deep red wine which has been aged in oak
barrels. Spicy tang of sweet raspberry livened up with a touch
of chocolate, cinnamon and black-currant.
Temperature of service : 16-18
