Terroir : Pebbles « Gress » and red clay
Grape varieties : 60 % Roussanne,
40% Vermentino, Bourboulenc, Clairette
Vinfication : Machine harvest at night time and direct press.
Fermentation 15-20 days with a temperature
control of 14-16°C.
Ageing : 2-3 years
Tasting notes : The nose very expressive and
fruity. The palate develops a fresh touch of summer

fruits and apples.
A fine balance in acidity and roundness.
Temperature of service : 10 – 12
