stirring of the lees 15- 20 days with temperature control
between 14-16°
Ageing : 2-3 years
Tasting notes : Elegant aromas with great intensity
of wildflowers, honey. The aromas range from fruity
to floral. Acidity and certain fullness preserve the balance.
